There is a $15 processing fee for this service that will be added to the loan payment due. Requests will be processed and given credit on the same business day if received by 4:00 pm MST. Please have the following information ready:

- Name on bank account

- Amount to pay
- Email address and phone number

Complete the form listed under FORMS and mail, fax or email to Canyon State. The form must also include a copy of a canceled check or your bank’s direct deposit form. A $5.00 transaction fee will be added for each ACH payment processed.
